What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes for babies, toddlers, big kids, and adults. We offer Real Fur and Faux Fur.

Do your slides run true to size?
Our slides generally fit true to size. If you have wide feet or wear a half size, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Are all sales final?
Yes. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please make sure you choose the correct size before placing your order.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time may vary depending on the item and order volume. Some orders may arrive within 2 to 20 business days, while preorder or supplier based items may take 2 to 4 weeks. Please allow 2-20 business days for processing and shipping. 

Why does shipping take 1 to 4 weeks sometimes?
Some items may be made to order, preorder-based, or shipped from our supplier. We always do our best to process orders as quickly as possible.

How do I care for my fur slides?
Gently fluff the fur when needed and keep the slides away from water. Avoid soaking, washing, or wearing them in wet conditions.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once processing has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Do you offer exchanges if I ordered the wrong size?
No. Since all sales are final, we do not offer exchanges for sizing issues. Please review the size details before checking out.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.

Standard shipping may take approximately 2  to 20 business days for ready-to-ship items. Preorder, made-to-order, or supplier-based items may take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.

Please understand that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to supplier processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or high order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. After a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order is submitted.
